ERP consulting and implementation
We bring Business Central into your company starting from how you really work: analysis, configuration, data migration and go-live, with the same people from start to finish.
Let’s talkWhat it includes
A successful implementation doesn’t start with software but with processes. First we understand how orders, goods and documents move through your company, then we decide together what to configure, what to bring over from your old system and what to change.
-
Process analysis
Sessions with the people who use the system every day to map flows, exceptions and pain points.
-
Solution design
What standard features cover, what needs configuring and where an extension or integration is needed.
-
Configuration
Finance, warehouse, sales and purchasing, roles and permissions set up around your processes.
-
Data migration
Master data, balances and open documents from your current system, checked before go-live.
-
Italian requirements
Electronic invoicing and Italian tax obligations handled with the right localisation.
-
Go-live and hand-holding
Testing in a separate environment, a planned switch to production and support in the first days.
What you get
- A system configured around your processes, not the other way round
- Clean, verified data from day one
- A team that knows how to use Business Central
- Documentation of how the system was set up
Frequently asked questions
How long does an implementation take?
It depends on your processes, number of users and the data to migrate. After the initial analysis we give you a plan with clear phases and timings.
Can we bring data over from our current system?
Yes. We migrate master data, balances and open documents; for history we decide together what really needs to move to the new system.
Is Business Central in the cloud?
Business Central is primarily a Microsoft cloud service, and it is also available installed on your own servers. We help you choose the right environments and licences.
